At Mother's Hut, we strive to ensure every meal and event is perfect. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Food Orders (Home Delivery & Takeaway)
Since food is a perishable item, we follow a strict cancellation window:
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. Once the kitchen starts "Cooking" (Status: Cooking), the order cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrect/Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect order or items are missing, please contact us immediately at +91 90025 25999. We will either replace the items or provide a partial refund.
- Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the food quality, please provide feedback through the app. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of the management.
2. Table Reservations
Standard table reservations are free. If you are unable to make it, we appreciate it if you cancel through your profile at least 30 minutes in advance so we can offer the table to other travelers on NH-12.
3. Event Tickets
For tickets booked via our Official Events portal:
- Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mother's Hut.
- In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Banquet & Party Bookings
Cancellation of banquet halls is subject to the specific terms mentioned in your booking contract. Generally:
- Cancellations 15 days before the event: 50% of the advance amount is refunded.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event: No refund of the advance payment.
Refund Processing Time
For all online payments, refunds are processed back to the original source (Bank/UPI/Card). It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the refund is initiated by us.
