2. Online Ordering & Delivery

Our online ordering system is subject to the following rules:

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery location constraints.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact number.
• Tracking: Real-time delivery tracking is provided for your convenience but may vary based on network conditions.

3. Table Reservations & Banquets

Reservations made via the website are subject to availability. Mother's Hut reserves the right to cancel or reassign tables if a party is more than 20 minutes late without notice. Banquet bookings require a separate signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST as per government regulations. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Payments, and Card payments at our physical outlet. Prices for menu items are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Event Ticket Bookings

Tickets purchased for official Mother's Hut events are non-transferable. A digital QR code will be issued upon successful payment, which must be presented at the venue for entry.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for detailed information regarding order cancellations and payment reversals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Mother's Hut Technologies and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
